Timothy M. Gorton, MPA, FACHE, PMP – 

Healthcare Executive, Educator, and Leadership Mentor

Tim Gorton is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience leading strategic operations, project management, and performance improvement across a wide range of healthcare settings. His career spans critical leadership roles during the COVID-19 pandemic, corporate healthcare compliance, front-end revenue cycle operations, and the development and implementation of financial, clinical, and operational key performance indicators.

Tim currently serves as a part-time lecturer in Baruch College’s Executive MBA program, where he brings real-world insight to the next generation of healthcare leaders. He is also an active member and advisor on the University of Scranton Health Administration Professional Advisory Council.

A recognized leader in professional development, Tim is the Past President of Healthcare Leaders of New York (the local chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives) and he is currently the Vice President of Professional Development for the Project Management Institute's NYC chapter. A passionate advocate for mentorship, Tim dedicates much of his time to coaching emerging professionals in healthcare leadership and operations.
